We collect the information needed to process your online payment through our bank. That information includes your name, address, account number (if known), e-mail address, phone number, and billing information (such as credit card number, cardholder name, expiration date and billing zip code) and dollar amount to be charged.

We also collect the information provided through our Contact Us page and through Google Analytics.

We may retain this information, primarily for communication purposes and processing the transaction. No data will be shared with outside sources, unless we are legally obligated to do so.

We incorporate many safeguards to help protect and secure your personal information collected through our website. This includes the use of SSL encryption protocols to protect your account and credit card data during transmission. However, no data transmission over the internet or storage of that information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Refund Policy

When a client requests a refund on their account, we will look at the client account activity and billing record. Any such refund will be confirmed with the attorney handling the matter. Once the credit is deemed valid, the amount will be refunded within ten (10) business days, back to the client, via a check or credit to their card.
